c. The oil mist lubricator in the pneumatic system should maintain sufficient oil, check if the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient.
d. Daily inspection of each motor and electrical appliance for overheating, abnormal noise, instrument indication, and signal system integrity.
e. Daily inspection of butterfly valves and solenoid valves, and adjust the cylinders to meet the technical requirements for opening and closing. f. Daily inspection of each system for dust leakage, oil leakage, and electrical leakage, and timely discovery and handling.
g. Minimize the residual concrete consolidation that hinders normal operation. The mixer and discharge hopper should be cleaned every four hours.
h. Actively eliminate faults that occur during operation, and drain accumulated water from the air compressor storage tank and filter each shift.
i. Maintain and repair the concrete mixer according to the relevant instructions for butterfly valves, solenoid valves, air filters, and oil mist lubricators.
Note: Only by doing a good job of daily maintenance of the mixing plant can we achieve twice the result with half the effort in completing high-quality projects!
Precautions for Operation and Maintenance of Concrete Mixing Plant
1. Please carefully read all the accompanying instruction manuals. Operate, use, and maintain according to the regulations in the instruction manuals.
2. The distribution cabinet and equipment body in the control room should have reliable grounding measures. Users should install lightning protection devices according to relevant design specifications.
3. Please strictly follow the requirements of the lubrication table in the manual to regularly lubricate and maintain the bearings, gearboxes, and other parts of the equipment. Pay special attention to: During the operation of the air compressor, the lubricating oil level should be maintained at the upper limit of the oil gauge. If the oil level is below the lower limit of the oil gauge, new compressor oil must be added (No. 19 in summer, No. 13 in winter). It is strictly forbidden to operate without oil. The air compressor filter should be cleaned once a week. Change the oil after the first 100 hours of use, and then every 1000 hours of use. Operate the thick oil pump twice each working day to supply oil to the shaft end sealing device.
4. Inspection items before each shift
Check whether all electrical devices are safe and reliable, and whether the actions of each limit switch are flexible and reliable. Check whether the air compressor self-protection device is normal, and whether the air pressure is stable between 0.5-0.7Mpa.
Check whether each metering hopper is in a free state and whether there is any interference.
5. Maintenance items after each shift
Please remove debris and residual materials from the mixing host and thoroughly rinse the bonded materials in the mixing tank;
Check the clearance between the mixing blades and the lining plates.
Adjust and tighten the connecting bolts between the mixing arm and the shaft;
Clean the sediment in the admixture storage bin.
During winter construction, drain accumulated water from the pneumatic system; drain the compressed air and accumulated water from the air compressor storage tank. Add lubricating oil to each lubrication point. Check whether there is oil in the oil mist lubricator of the air source two-in-one unit, whether the atomization is normal, and whether there is any air leakage in the pneumatic system.
Check whether there is any damage to the electrical components in the electrical system; repair or replace if any damage is found.
Check the wear and tear of the steel wire rope and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (grease) to its surface. Turn off the microcomputer power supply and the main power supply after shutdown.
6. Regular maintenance and inspection items
Check the wear and tear of the blades and lining plates, and replace them as appropriate. Inspect the transmission gears and apply appropriate lubricating grease. Improve the operation management system, and keep good operation records and shift change records.
7. Safety operation precautions
After the hopper is lifted, no one is allowed to stay under the hopper: Overloading and starting under load are strictly prohibited.
No one is allowed to stand in the concrete unloading area when the mixing equipment is working. When the mixing equipment is under maintenance, the main power supply must be disconnected and a sign must be hung. Non-operators are strictly prohibited from operating handles and buttons.
